How to pace a burpee workout

A rep target like 100 burpees in 20 minutes is simple on paper, but holding an even pace is where most sessions fall apart — you start too fast, fade in the middle, and scramble at the end. The fix is to break the target into a steady per-minute plan and hold it.

This calculator does the math: it splits your target evenly across the clock so you know exactly how many reps to be at by each minute. Aim to stay on the line, not ahead of it.
